Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to the majority of countries. This does not include Iraq, Iran or Russia. Shipping is free when you order one of our hair systems.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes around one week wherever you are and often takes just 3-5 business days. For some special regions, we will use other express or postal services and the shipping time will be subject to the particular situation.
Should I use tape or glue?
It will come down to personal preference but as a basic rule, we recommend tape for lace hair systems and glue for skin hair systems. You can combine the two as some like to tape the perimeter and glue the front.
How often should I clean my hair system?
We recommend not cleaning your hair system too often as handling it and cleaning it can cause hair shedding to happen more quickly. Generally speaking, once every two weeks should be enough.
